It has been a while! I'm building an actual website and have therefore neglected this blog. :( Lots happening on my end, here is the brief:
1) I bought a business, and now run it with my business partner. It is in the animal care industry and we currently have 3 employees.
2) I got engaged in August 2013
Film-wise I have been working here and there. Per usual, most of the things I have done are not out yet, but I do have a clip I can share, below:
Tax Act:
I worked on a music video over the weekend for an artist who just got signed to Universal Records. More on that later.

Summer 2010
After filming my band's music video we went on tour through California. Our Tour Blog has all the details of our adventure!
I hung out/helped out on another music video shoot which took place on Sauvie Island.
I started filming an independent film titled Slippage. I play the lead female character. We still have stuff to shoot in October and January, but I will keep you posted.
Today I am running my first race (besides track in middle school). It's called the Worrier Dash and is a short 3.15 miles BUT the course is full of 14 obstacles! I can't wait, this should be fun.

MSM Music Video!
It's taken years for my band Monster-sized Monsters to get to this point and we do not intend to stop. We have learned everything we know by trial and error, feeling, and the internet, and have come a long way. Kicking off the future (meaning a new album and a California tour next month) is our first ever music video! Directed and edited by the fantastic Mr. Fee. Please check it out.
More to write about soon!!

Too Little Too Late
As promised in my previous post, here is the first of the 2 music videos I've shot recently.
This is the latest music video for Ramona Falls for their song "Russia." Directed by Cullen Hoback.
Original appearance was on Pitchfork.com, but they have since moved the file (and by doing so broke the internet), so here is the YouTube embedded video.
And here is a link to a write up about the video in the Portland Mercury.
Here is another write up, and Here is another.

Music video here, music video there...
In the last couple weeks I've shot two different music videos.
The first is for the band Ramona Falls. The crew was awesome. It was demanding but that's how it always goes, right? Directed by Cullen Hoback.
The second was for my own band Monster-Sized Monsters. Again I worked with Ben Fee who directed and will edit it. It was my bandmates' (Hannah Armstrong and Calum Barrick) first time really doing any sort of filming. I think they enjoyed themselves (most of the time)!
Both of these projects are in their post production phase, and when they are cut I will of course post the videos here.
In other news... Auditions, auditions, auditions.... maybe those will lead somewhere!
Until then!
